Hmm...it%26#039;s pretty good. For monsters, get rid of D.D. Scout Plane, although it may be good for defence, it%26#039;s very unlikely that its ability will get activated, and there are better cards out there. But you seem to be going for a macro monarch deck,.What%26#039;s a cyber dragon doing in there? There%26#039;s mobius the frost monarch to consider, have you got that one? why would you use zaborg
replace both with mobius + caius
caius is just x2 as good as zaborg, especially for your deck and mobius has a different good effect
i would suggest another mobius over 1 raiza.. or you can just remove it... you don%26#039;t have to though
