How do I get speed world? (Real life)?
Is speed world in any booster packs or in any starter decks etc...?

Speed world does not exist at the time, not even in the OCG and they get most of the major stuff before the TCG does if TCG even gets it at all. I dont see it coming anytime or at least anytime soon. That will change the game too drastically and a lot of people would probably stop playing. If they came out with Speed World they would have to come out with all the speed spells. It would just be too hectic to play with.

If Speed World really is a booster pack. Their would be Duel Runners every where in the world. Now let me answer you a question(not trying to be mean)
Have you ever seen a person drive a Duel Runner?
That answer will be the one that you are trying to ask.
