In a game of Chess the pawn moves?
In the game of chess I know the pawn on the first move can move two spaces. But is that for each individual pawn or just the very first pawn?

Each individual pawn can move forward either 1 or 2 spaces on its first move. It can also capture other pieces diagonally.
im pretty sure that every pawns first move can be either one space or two, but after you move that pawn the first time, you can only move one space at a time.
